You explain what your company does and what you need the address for.

Share data
We ask for the company, identification and contact details necessary for your situation.

Assessment
We will check the application and may request clarification or additional documents.
Step 4
Appointments
Upon acceptance, we record use, service, duration and conditions.
Step 5
Go
After signing and confirmation, you use the service according to the agreement.
Documents
What information can we ask for?
The required documents differ per legal form, business activity and personal situation. That is why we do not provide a universal list of documents that would apply to every application.
In any case, expect to be asked questions about the identity of the persons involved, the company, its activities, the origin and the purpose of the application. Sometimes additional substantiation is needed before we can make a decision.

Responsibilities
Who assesses which part?
Our acceptance and a KVK registration are two separate decisions.
Amsterdam Office Space
We assess whether we can and want to provide the requested service. We may refuse a request or request additional information.
You as an applicant
You provide complete, current and correct information, use the address according to the agreement and report relevant changes.
KVK
The KVK independently assesses whether a company can be registered in the Trade Register and may require its own supporting documents or explanation.
No automatic guarantee
Acceptance by Amsterdam Office Space does not guarantee KVK registration. Check the current information at the KVK.
After the start
Keep your data and usage up to date
A business relationship does not end after the first check. Changes in activities, ownership, legal form, contact details or the use of the address may be relevant to the provision of services.
Report changes in a timely manner. This way we can determine together whether the agreement needs to be adjusted and mail processing continues to proceed correctly.
