What is a Dutch business registration address?
It is the business address recorded for your company in the Dutch Business Register. Once your application is accepted and the appropriate agreement is signed, you may use the Amsterdam Office Space address under the agreed conditions.
Acceptance by Amsterdam Office Space does not guarantee registration. The Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KVK) assesses your registration and may request additional information or evidence. Check which requirements apply to your company and activities.

Can I register with KVK immediately after applying?
No. We first review your application and documents. After acceptance, a confirmed agreement and the required address documents, you can arrange your KVK registration. KVK carries out its own assessment.
Which documents do I need?
This depends on your legal structure, activities and circumstances. During the application, we explain which identification and company documents are required.
Will you handle my business mail?
Yes. Incoming mail is processed daily under the arrangements in your package and agreement.
Will my home address remain private?
A separate business address helps keep home and business correspondence apart. Which address details are public also depends on your legal structure and KVK registration. Check your situation with KVK.
Does acceptance by AOS guarantee KVK registration?
No. Amsterdam Office Space decides whether you can use our service. KVK independently decides on registration in the Dutch Business Register.
