Our policy
Why we are cautious with customer quotes
A review is only valuable if it is clear that it comes from a real customer and is published with permission. That’s why we don’t show placeholder texts as a public recommendation.
New experiences are first checked internally. Only approved testimonials that have been explicitly selected for display will appear below.

What to pay attention to?
Assess an office service based on specific agreements
Even without a review, you can compare a provider substantively.
Address usage
Is it clear what you can and cannot use the address for, and is there careful acceptance?
Post processing
Do you know how often mail is processed and what follow-up has been agreed in your package?
Accessibility
Can you reach an employee with questions and are expectations made clear in advance?
Physical facilities
Are workplace, meeting, reception and catering available when you need them, and are these confirmed in advance?
