A virtual office is a business service that gives you a professional address and support services without permanently renting your own office space. At Amsterdam Office Space, it means a business address on Herengracht with daily mail handling and additional options according to your package and agreement.

After acceptance and with the supplied agreement, the address can be used as your registered business address. Your company and application must meet the applicable conditions and checks. You then arrange the registration or address change with KVK yourself.

The price depends on the selected term and services. View the current packages and contract terms. Displayed prices exclude VAT; a deposit and agreed charges for optional services or mail handling may also apply.

Every displayed package includes a virtual office, a business correspondence address, daily mail handling and, after acceptance, the option to use the address for KVK registration. Additional services and physical rooms are not automatically included. View the current packages and terms.

Incoming mail is processed on business days. Depending on the arrangements you choose, mail can be scanned or physically forwarded. Any postage and additional handling charges are agreed in advance.

First, tell us about your company and how you intend to use the address. You then provide the required company, contact and identification details. Yes. No administration or connection fee is charged for the three displayed packages. You still pay the package price, applicable VAT, the agreed deposit and any optional services you select.

A registered business address is the official address at which your company is registered with KVK. A mailing address is intended for business correspondence. Not every mailing address can be used as a registered business address.

Not every company or business activity can be accepted automatically. The review considers the legal structure, activities, people involved and intended use of the address. A different solution may be more suitable for work that requires physical business premises.

The required documents depend on the legal structure, people involved and business activities. You receive an overview of the required identification and company documents in advance. The application is accepted only after all checks have been completed.

We use these documents to assess the identity of the people involved, the company, its activities and the intended use of the address, and to meet applicable obligations. The required documents differ by application. Read more about our application and acceptance process.

The timeframe depends on whether your application is complete, the documents required and any additional checks. We therefore do not promise a fixed acceptance period. You may use the address only after receiving final confirmation.

You can use the address after your application has been accepted, the agreement has been confirmed and the agreed conditions have been met. Do not use the address for KVK registration or business communications before receiving final confirmation.

A separate business address helps keep your home address and business correspondence apart. Which addresses are visible in the Dutch Business Register depends on your legal structure and circumstances. KVK decides this; read the current KVK guidance on visiting and postal addresses.

After acceptance and the start of the agreement, you may use the address for the agreed business purposes. You remain responsible for including all legally required company information on your website, invoices and other documents. Do not use the address before receiving final confirmation.

Applications are possible for different legal structures, but acceptance is never automatic. We review the legal structure, activities, people involved, documents and intended use. KVK separately assesses registration in the Dutch Business Register.

You may apply from abroad, but the required documents and registration options depend on your legal structure, business activities and connection to the Netherlands. We assess access to our service; KVK separately decides on registration in the Dutch Business Register.

You may also apply if you live outside Amsterdam. Your place of residence alone does not determine whether the application is accepted. We assess your company, activities, documents and intended use of the address; KVK assesses the registration separately.

You can discuss your situation with us before the final KVK registration. The documents and agreement available depend on the intended legal structure, people involved, activities and registration steps. Use the address only after we confirm the application and agreement; KVK decides independently on registration.

Every company and application is assessed separately. An agreement for one legal entity does not automatically cover another company. Discuss additional companies, branches or trade names with us in advance so the permitted use can be recorded correctly.

Workspace or meeting-room use is not automatically included with every virtual-office package. Availability, booking and any charges depend on the selected package and agreed arrangements. View the packages or contact us to discuss the options.

You can choose a monthly, one-year or two-year package. The notice period in the agreement applies to the monthly package; the other packages have a fixed term of one or two years. Before signing, also check renewal and the end date. View the current terms and conditions.

The deposit amount, payment and refund conditions are set out in the agreement. Review these conditions before accepting; the deposit is separate from the package price and VAT.

The payment term depends on the selected package. Longer terms are displayed on the pricing page based on advance payment. The agreed payment method, invoicing, VAT, deposit and any additional charges are confirmed before you sign. View the current packages.

A change depends on the selected term and cancellation conditions. Contact us before signing if you expect to need flexibility; the monthly package may be more suitable.

Depending on the agreed arrangements, incoming mail can be scanned or physically forwarded. Any postage and additional handling charges are set out in the agreement in advance.

Letters are handled under the arrangements in your agreement. Parcels, registered items and unusual formats are not automatically accepted under the same conditions. Ask us to confirm what is possible and how collection, scanning or forwarding will be handled.

You submit the address change yourself through Mijn KVK. KVK may request a signed agreement or other proof that you are allowed to use the address. Follow the official KVK guidance for changing or adding an address.

Before the end date, update your address with KVK, the Dutch Tax Administration, your bank, customers and suppliers. Mail handling after the end date follows the arrangements and terms in your agreement. Do not assume mail will automatically be forwarded after termination.

No. The service is intended for agreed business use by an accepted company. The address is not a residential address and may not be used for personal registration.
